Reduced Cost Policy

This evaluation clinic was formed to serve families and individuals with limited access to financial resources.  You will likely qualify for a reduced rate if you meet the following criteria: 

• You can demonstrate that your income  was less than 100% below the poverty line. Click here to see a chart that will help you determine if you meet this qualification.

• You are willing to attest that paying the whole cost for this service would present a significant hardship for you or your family. 

Out-of-Pocket fees may be reduced to a flat fee of $700. Payments can be made over six months. 

Regardless of the price that you pay you will receive the same high-quality evaluation as others paying full price.
